Rockin' Birthday!

My husband gave me a very special birthday celebration today! He took me and our daughter to a fancy dinner and then the local stadium to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra's special Christmas show.

If you're not familiar with this band, they are basically a rock opera, complete with strings, wailing guitars, powerful vocalists, a video extravaganza, flames and fireworks.

At one point this giant pyramid covered in video screens opened up and started shooting flames into the air. It was right next to us and it was HOT.

A good time was had by all.
