Editing and Editing Again

I have been trying to format my story all night. It's almost midnight and I am falling asleep. Of course, as I'm going through the text I am able to edit my story. It's a blessing and a curse. I am finding things to add and change, thinking "Thank GOD I caught that and took it out!". Unfortunately every time I read what I've written I want to change something else. When does one just stop editing and let it go?

I have never tried to convert a Word file to e-book before and it's been an agonizing process. Hopefully I will get it uploaded tomorrow because I need to go to sleep.
